EUDR in a nutshell
To place a relevant commodity on the EU market, or export it from the EU, the following checks are required:
- • Deforestation and forest degradation free
- • In compliance with relevant laws
- • Covered by a Due Diligence Statement (DDS)
- • DDS included in EU-wide system

Due Diligence Statement
Garnica will submit the Due Diligence Statement to the EU system both for raw materials (logs) and the finished product (plywood). As a customer you will receive the necessary DDS numbers of our plywood stated on the invoice. We are also developing a digital format/repository where you can obtain the same DDS numbers.
